John Watson

John Watson is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and the Taxation Institute of Australia. John is also a Certified Practicing Accountant, is an authorised representative of Wealthsure Pty Limited and a registered Public Company Auditor. John is also a member of SPAA, the Self-Managed Super Fund Professionals' Association of Australia.
John’s first 11 years in accounting saw him gain experience at two large accounting firms before setting up his own business in 1987, becoming one of the founding partners of LBW & Partners.
John’s career in accounting spans over 30 years and has always been driven by a desire to provide relevant and pro-active professional advice to assist business men and women to run more profitable and successful businesses.
As a member of various committees for The Institute of Chartered Accountants, John has given presentations on Public Practice, Presenting to Management, Small Business Capital Gains Tax, Not for Profit Organisations, Direct Selling Companies and Business Development.
John is married, has three adult children and a granddaughter and in his spare time is a soccer Coach, John's interests apart from soccer are bushwalking, travel and running.
Alan Perrott

Alan Perrott is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has more than 21 years experience in Chartered Accountancy. He also holds a Financial Planning Specialist qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, is an authorised representative of Wealthsure Pty Limited and is a Certified Financial Planner. Alan is also a member of SPAA, the Self-Managed Super Fund Professionals' Association of Australia.
Alan began his accounting career in Armidale, NSW with one of the town's largest accounting practices. He moved to Sydney in 1990 after gaining seven years experience in a wide range of small business matters.
At LBW & Partners, Alan provides extensive small business consultancy services. He specialises in superannuation and specialty services such as business valuations. Alan believes that "Superannuation is probably the most creative area in business, taxation and wealth planning. When correctly setup superannuation allows you to take control of your affairs both when accumulating assets and into retirement."
Alan enjoys time at home with his wife, Jenny, and two boys (Connor 6 and Ryan 2). He also enjoys a quiet red wine with friends.
Mark Willock

Mark Willock is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, is a financial planning specialist and an authorised representative of Wealthsure Pty Limited. Mark is a member of SPAA, the Self-Managed Super Fund Professionals' Association of Australia. Mark is also a registered Justice of the Peace.
Mark was a founding member of LBW and Partners, beginning his professional career with us in 1987. Mark has gained twenty years of experience working in both LBW's Taxation and Financial Services.
Mark is married, has two children and in his interests include four wheel driving, camping, gardening and keeping fit. Rupa Dharmasiri

Rupa is a partner in the audit division at LBW & Partners. He is a registered company auditor, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public accountants, a member of Georgia State Board of Accountancy and a member of Australian Financial Institutions Auditors Association.
Rupa has over twenty years of public accounting experience, including six years spent in Kingston, Jamaica and seven years in Nassau, the Bahamas working with two internationally renowned accounting practices. Rupa joined LBW in January 2002, during this period he has developed considerable expertise in financial service industries, international banking industry, insurance, offshore investment companies and banks and not for profit organisations.
LBW & Partners audit division specialise in Not for Profit Organisations, covering Charities, Aged care, Credit Unioins, Industry Associations and Peak Industry Bodies.
Rupa is married, has two children and in his other interests include travel and cricket. |
