Our Investment Committee forms part of our process to deliver high quality advice to clients and is a pillar of our investment philosophy.

Investment Committee Process
The committee is charged with the following responsibilities:
- Review and establish overall LBW investment policy on an annual basis
- Conduct research relating to the portfolio and investments
- Set tactical asset allocation for the portfolio on a monthly basis so as to aim to maximise portfolio performance over the upcoming 18 to 24 months
- Maintain a watchlist of appropriate investment managers and other securities
- Select, monitor and replace investment managers and other securities
- Monitor investment performance of the portfolio
- Review the committee charter on an annual basis
The decisions of the investment committee flow to client portfolio decisions by way of a model portfolio blended with specific client objectives. This model is implemented in a personalised basis for clients in line with their individual portfolio review schedule.
